Having honed her skills at a prestigious culinary school in Los Angeles, she embarked on a culinary odyssey that would eventually lead her to the bustling culinary scene of Carlsbad, New York City. Trained by some of the finest chefs on the West Coast, she developed a profound understanding of traditional and contemporary Chinese cooking techniques. With dedication and an unwavering commitment to excellence, she cultivated a culinary repertoire that would set her apart in the world of gastronomy.

Upon her arrival in the vibrant city of New York, our chef wasted no time making her mark. Her dedication to the craft and innovative approach to Chinese cuisine quickly earned her the reputation of being a top chef in the industry.
