During my time at Flashpoint Chicago, a campus of Columbia College Hollywood, I had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects that strengthened my foundation as a graphic designer. After graduating, I transitioned into the professional world, gaining valuable hands-on experience that allowed me to apply and refine my skills in real-world settings. In 2025, I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design & Media Arts at Southern New Hampshire University. This academic experience deepened my understanding of design principles while expanding my skill set across print, digital, and motion design. With a strong foundation already in place, I continue to grow and evolve as a designer, constantly seeking new challenges and creative opportunities. This stage of my career marks the beginning of an exciting journey in design. I’m passionate about sharing my work, insights, and creative process in hopes of inspiring others. I invite you to explore my projects and see how creativity, strategy, and thoughtful design come together in my work.
At Flexco, I designed high-quality digital and print graphics to support global training, marketing, and product education initiatives. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to ensure visual clarity, consistency, and alignment with established brand standards. My role also involved maintaining and updating large volumes of visual content, ensuring accuracy across multiple versions and formats. To support efficient collaboration and long-term content management, I organized file systems and documented design changes. Additionally, I assisted international stakeholders by coordinating multilingual design assets and ensuring a cohesive visual presentation across global markets.
At Everspring Partners, I created digital graphics for web, email, paid campaigns, blogs, and social media platforms, with a strong focus on visual clarity and audience engagement. I prepared and optimized press-ready and digital assets to meet technical specifications and platform requirements, while adapting visual content for responsive, multi-platform delivery. I also maintained organized file structures and version control to support efficient collaboration and ensure assets were easily reusable for future projects.
At Draper & Kramer Mortgage Corporation, I created brand-aligned designs that met usability and website standards while supporting marketing initiatives. I coded and deployed emails using HTML and CSS, utilizing CRM-specific templates within Total Expert to ensure consistency and performance. I also provided front-end website development using WordPress, Elementor, and other editing tools, designing website layouts, templates, and custom branded visuals. In this role, I collaborated closely with the marketing team, quickly learned new tools and workflows, and applied new skills to improve efficiency and overall project execution.
At Morning Walk, I used Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to develop a variety of visual assets across print and digital projects. I supported marketing campaigns by creating basic layouts, selecting color palettes, and sourcing appropriate imagery for sales and promotional materials. I also contributed to UX-focused projects by developing site maps, user flows, wireframes, and mockups based on proven methodologies, stakeholder input, and end-user feedback. Additionally, I created motion graphics and logo animations using Adobe After Effects and designed PowerPoint presentations for marketing decks.
At GAO Tek, I used Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create visual assets and layouts for multiple design projects. I prepared imagery to align with video content and produced animated videos that demonstrated how the company’s products were used. In addition to production work, I researched current design trends and emerging visual styles to ensure the company’s content remained modern, relevant, and engaging.
At Shuffle Presents, I developed creative designs for print materials, including cover pages, banners, signs, and marketing decks, while creating digital image files for both digital and traditional printing methods. I refined projects through final production stages by adjusting image sizes, typography, and layout details to ensure consistency and quality. Working closely with the graphics team, I collaborated on a wide range of design projects and helped build cohesive corporate branding by aligning visual elements such as logos, letterheads, and supporting materials. Throughout my work, I applied strong design fundamentals in typography, composition, color, and layout to produce effective and polished results.

"I really enjoyed managing Noel simply because of his attitude and work ethic. It was so easy to communicate changes and he was always speedy to iterate on designs and email templates to match the need from the stakeholder. Truly, it makes such a huge difference to work with someone who is always genuine, positive, and charismatic."
Kelly Clancy Marketing Manager at Flexco
“To say Noel brings value would be an understatement. His presence added inspiration, renewed creative energy, and a fresh perspective to our team. What began as an administrative-focused role quickly evolved as Noel demonstrated a broader creative capability that challenged and inspired everyone around him. He consistently exceeded expectations, helping us see what was truly possible. We’re grateful to have had him as part of our team.”
This animation was created during my internship at Flexco, where I collaborated with a 3D modeler to produce an animated product overview for the Novitool® Amigo™ Splice. I used Adobe After Effects to animate key features and usage instructions, working through multiple rounds of feedback to ensure clarity and accuracy. The final animation was recognized internally and selected for use at a tradeshow and on Flexco’s YouTube channel.
